Where do I see available inventory/what is the best way to place an order?
We would love to help you find that perfect changing table, console, dining table and more. Vintage pieces have a past and a story and you are adding to that. All of our pieces are listed by category. If you see something you like, BUY NOW! We never know when the next one is coming. Check back often as our inventory is constantly revolving.
How do I pick a color?
Please refer to our shop color list. These are carefully curated and have been our bestsellers for several years. Trust us, we have seen a lot of pieces. Custom color is also available for an additional fee.
Lighting affects the color. Our photos are taken in natural or warehouse lighting and may not be reflective of how it will look in your space. High gloss lacquer will always appear brighter than your flat swatch. Please check an actual swatch, not your electronic device, in the space before choosing color.
What kind of paint do you use?
We do not use a paint. We use a post catalyst specialty lacquer. This is a clear coat with color added to it. This is not a product that can be used at home. Our pieces are professionally lacquered by our refinisher who has been in business for over 20 years.
What do the drawers look like?
The drawers are inspected at the time the piece is painted to make sure they are in good working condition. Please keep in mind the inside has been used and will likely not look brand new.
Do you lacquer personal pieces?
At this time, because of demand for our own pieces and space constraints, we are not able to take on any outside work.
Do you ship?
Yes, we ship white glove delivery. It is based on zip code and specific piece. Inside stairs are additional. Shipping is paid directly to the shipper at delivery.
Our turn time is approximately 12-15 weeks from when the color is chosen plus shipping. This is our best estimate. We do our absolute best to stay in this time frame, but this is an estimate. We will let you know as soon as it complete. Asking does not make it faster. Because we juggle local orders with out of state orders that have shipping deadlines and shop-color orders with custom color orders, we will not have an update until it is complete. We have a lot of moving parts.
Returns - Exchanges
We strive to send you the perfect piece. Please expect wear consistent with age on all vintage items. They are not perfect, but we believe that adds to the character and charm. We “polish” them to the best of our ability.
All sales are final. We generally do not accept returns, but we want you to be happy. Please reach out to us with reasonable concerns.
Delivery is not immediate. Our shipper runs a very set schedule each month. It is not uncommon for it to take 4-6 weeks. We are not involved in the scheduling of this, and have no control over delivery dates. We provide them delivery information and they reach out to you directly to schedule.
We include touch-up with each shipment. While not normal, slight knicks can happen in transport. Should your piece not be in satisfactory condition, please reach out to us prior to accepting delivery. Once delivery is accepted, it is much harder to fix.
We cannot wait for you to get your “Polished Pick”. We promise it will be worth the wait!
